On this 45 minute call, you and I will sit down and come up with a game plan to tackle whatever area of life you need to work on.We’ll identify your pain points and design goals to tackle them head on. Then we’ll break down these goals into repeatable habits to help you get the most out of your Strong Man Challenge experience.When it comes time to execute, you'll know exactly what you need to do every day and why.

Track Daily Progress On Your Habits And Goals

This is the accountability sheet the guys in the challenge use to track their daily progress.Research shows visually tracking your progress is one of the most effective ways to build a routine and stay motivated in the process. I created this habit tracker to help you set a baseline, stay aware of your habits, and create a proof of work you can look back on.When you focus on the daily process, the results take care of themselves.

Discuss Wins, Losses, And Get Feedback With Weekly Group Coaching

Every Monday at 12pm EST, these group coaching calls are designed to get you fired up for the week ahead.Each session, a dedicated coach will guide you through one specific area of growth, such as goal setting, habit formation, or resilience building. Every member gets the chance to share their wins, losses, and get feedback on how to dominate the week.These sessions are a safe space for guys to speak their minds.

Receive Daily Exercises For Powerful Self-Reflection

Action must be balanced by reflection.Every day, you’ll get a 2-minute prompt to help you gain clarity on what you’re doing, why you're doing it, and how you're doing it. You’ll know if you’re spending time on the right things or if adjustments need to be made.Responses are shared in the group, so you’ll get to read what other guys have to say and discover new perspectives.

The Schedule

The Strong Man Challenge is divided into a series of 28-day sprints. You'll have buffer days in between each sprint to rest and recharge.Here's a sample schedule of the topics covered in 1 sprint:
